Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what data YCL Games collects from users of the Mozaik Blast mobile game (the "App"), why it is collected, and how it is protected. By downloading and using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Who We Are
Mozaik Blast is an independent (indie) mobile puzzle game developed by YCL Games. For any questions about the developer, you can reach us at yclpixels@gmail.com.
2. Data We Collect
The following data may be collected while using the App:

The App does not request or collect sensitive personal data such as your ID number, full address, phone number, or photos (other than a photo you choose yourself for a theme, a photo from your gallery that you select as your avatar, or your Google profile photo if you select it as your avatar).
Photo Gallery Selection Feature
The App lets you pick a photo from your gallery in two places: the board background and your profile avatar. Both photos are stored only on your own device — they are never uploaded to any server, shared with us or any third party, or shown to other players on the leaderboard. While you use a gallery photo as your avatar, the leaderboard shows the first letter of your name instead.
Profile Avatar
In the profile section you can choose the avatar shown next to your name on the leaderboard: your Google account's profile photo (only if you signed in with Google), one of the built-in avatars that ship with the game, or the first letter of your name. Unless you explicitly choose your Google photo, its link is never sent to our servers and never appears on the leaderboard. If you do choose it, the link is stored with your leaderboard entry and is publicly visible to anyone viewing the leaderboard. You can change your choice at any time and switch back to a built-in avatar or your initial; the photo link is then removed from your entry on your next score update. Notifications
The App may ask for your device's notification permission in order to remind you about an unfinished game, and schedules two local reminders (roughly 3 hours and 1 day later). These notifications are created entirely on your device: they are not sent from a server, no push token is created for them, and no data reaches us. If you decline the permission the game keeps working normally, and you can revoke it at any time in your device settings.
3. How Data Is Used
- To personalize the game experience (high score, progress, preferences)
- To provide social features such as the leaderboard
- To show and improve ads
- To detect and fix technical issues in the App
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob — for showing ads. Google Ads Policy
- Google Firebase (Authentication & Firestore) — for Google sign-in and the leaderboard. Firebase Privacy

5. Ads and Consent (GDPR / UMP)
Users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland are asked for consent via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized ads are shown. You can change your consent choice at any time from the Pause → Privacy menu inside the App.
6. Data Storage and Security
Account and leaderboard data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, in a database protected by security rules. Device-specific game progress is kept only in your own device's local storage. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
If you signed in with your Google account, you can send the following requests by emailing yclpixels@gmail.com:
- Request a copy of the data associated with you
- Request deletion of the data associated with your account (name, email, leaderboard entry) — see Account & Data Deletion for step-by-step instructions
- Request correction of inaccurate information
We respond to requests within a reasonable time (30 days at the latest).
8. Children's Privacy
Mozaik Blast is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. 9. The Website (yclgames.com)
The sections above describe the Mozaik Blast mobile app. The website itself processes data separately, and far more narrowly:
- Google Analytics 4 (G-9PNKW4GSY3) — for visitor counts and page views. Google Consent Mode is used, so analytics and advertising storage stay denied until you accept on the cookie banner.
- Visit notification — the path of the page being viewed is sent to our own server (a Cloudflare Worker) to notify the studio of a visit. Once per browser session, with nothing that identifies you.
- Updates list — if you choose to fill in the form, your email address is stored on our own server and used only for new game announcements.
- Browser storage — your theme preference and cookie choice are kept only in your own browser.

10. Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The date on this page will change when significant updates are made. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated policy.
